Open your Eyes – Extinct, Is the third in my series to raise awareness of the fragile nature of wildlife.

Many species are in a protected status while unfortunately, more each year are entering the endangered category. Sadly some are becoming Extinct. This series is urging us to open our eyes to this, before its too late.

The series depicts an eye and within the reflection is an animal. This, third in the series, depicts an old mans wrinkled skin around a close up of his blue/grey eye. A reflection on the eye shows just the word extinct. This is food for thought and a call to action. By the time we are old and wrinkled, if we do nothing  there will be nothing to see as more and more animals become extinct.

• The first in the series depicts a youthful female eye and the protected Grey Kangaroo reflected in the eye. It is full of hope as there is time for us to hear the message and take action to save our wildlife.
• The second shows a darker representation and urgency for reflection and action against impending danger, it shows an endangered Numbat in the reflection. Do what you can to help.
